LCMASDES has been officially renamed.
His name is now

Caleb James te Sligte
7 lbs. 9 ounces
20 1/2 inches long,

without a speck of jaundice and quite an attractive young man, if I do say so myself.

With a pretty extensive birthing process complete,
Cale
b was born at 6:36am,
Sept 4th, 2006: Labour Day, appropriately enough.

Although looking quite like an alien at birth, he is reforming into a well proportioned little dude.

Ready for your close up little guy?
Here's a little photo gallery of the little dude.
He was a little gunky at first, but I guess that's to be expected. He cleans up real nice.
A slightly less known Indie band: Death Grip for Cutie

Proud, tired Mama
Pround PapaProud Nana
Good Lookin Kid, from his head to down to his toes.

What...no comments, since the rooster crows earlier in Romania maybe we can be first. Congratulations Amber and Dave, may God give you great joy and bless you richly in the new task He has set before you. You are now parents...FOREVER! A task that will have many challenges but with trust in the Creator it will be full of Joy!

Blessing from Hans & Cathy in Ozd, Romania

We are soooooo.... happy for you. God has blessed you with a beautiful baby boy. You will be great parents, don't worry, just pray (continually!!). It was when I became a parent that I began to understand God's amazing grace!

Most excellent. When he sleeps, you sleep. When he lies there quietly, you sleep. Those are teh rules of self-preservation. I've heard that if you break these rules, you can't catch up on the sleep until they move out of your house......in 16-20years.
I'm so happy for you both. It is an amazing journey.

Amber (and Dave)... Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy!! It's just wrong on some level that the 7 year old girl I taught in Sunday School, and later in youth, is now a mom!! Your lives will never be the same (nor will your identies as you are now officially "Caleb's Mom and Caleb's Dad" LOL). Looking forward to many more pictures of the happy trio!
